Account Deletion
If you want to close your Guara Cloud account, you can do so at any time. Before proceeding, understand what happens when you delete your account.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following items are permanently removed:
- Projects — all projects you own.
- Services — all services and their configurations.
- Deployments — your entire deployment history.
- Personal data — your email and name are anonymized.
- Subscriptions — all Stripe subscriptions are cancelled automatically.
How to delete your account
- Go to Settings in the user menu.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion by typing your email and clicking Confirm.
Data anonymization
After deletion, your personal data (such as email and name) is replaced with anonymized values. This ensures compliance with LGPD regulations and guarantees that your personal information is not stored on the platform.
Subscription cancellation
If you have active Stripe subscriptions, they will be cancelled automatically at the time of deletion. You will not be charged after account deletion.
